Introducción: La Neutropenia constituye una de las complicaciones más comunes en pacientes que reciben tratamiento sistémico con quimioterapia, siendo esta población heterogénea; por lo tanto su presentación clínica es inespecífica, pudiendo presentarse manera asintomática o inclusive evidenciar cuadros muy severos signos sepsis grave. Ante referido, la actualidad los grupos trabajo requieren determinar consistente diferentes factores riesgo contribuyen a neutropenia, el objetivo estratificar óptima al paciente y así disminuir complicaciones.
 Puntos importantes: Este se enfatiza analizar riesgo; del paciente, enfermedad tratamiento; acuerdo sistemas estratificación como MASCC, CISNE. Además evaluaron fundamentos clínicos microbiológicos para categorizar e incluir medidas soporte profiláctico mayor fragilidad, disminuyendo alto severas.
 Conclusión: neutropenia un evento adverso indeseable manejo oncohematológico. Los riesgos MASCC CISNE son herramientas útiles seleccionar bajo riesgo. Sin embargo, otros factores, tipo tumor infección, pueden influir estratificación. Por tanto, importante manejar cada forma individualizada.El inicio profilaxis antimicrobiana uso FECG ayudar reducir morbimortalidad.
